Patient Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 1, 2026

EMERGE provides technology used by healthcare providers and patients.

Because of this, there are two important privacy relationships to understand.

Your healthcare provider controls your clinical record

When you use EMERGE with a doctor, nurse practitioner, therapist, clinic or other healthcare organization, that provider will normally be responsible for your medical record.

EMERGE provides the technology used to securely process and store information on the provider’s behalf.

For questions about your clinical record, including access or correction, contact your healthcare provider.
